Bookkeeper/Data Entry

Seeking a professional, dependable person to assist in this fast-paced office environment. Extensive use of Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Word & Excel, preparing & logging submittals, assisting with bids, extensive phone contact, setting up and maintaining multiple filing systems for specific projects and processing RFIs. Construction experience a plus.
